Description: Curbside Manner Stress First Aid for Chaplains – E-Learning Curriculum Development

This version of Curbside Manner was created alongside Stress First Aid to support chaplaincy provision in preparing firefighters to apply the core elements of SFA in the daily care of patients and citizens to improve service, connection, and quality of care while helping ensure that those well-practiced approaches would become our default response to one another as well. This project entails the refinement of the current FRCE Curbside Manner: Stress First Aid for Chaplains training program, new production and the creation of an e-learning delivery of an updated course with components for both fire and EMS.

Description: Learning Management System (LMS)

The First Responder Center for Excellence (hereinafter “FRCE”) is inviting qualified vendors (hereinafter “Bidder”) to submit bids to provide a Learning Management System (LMS), including the software solution, migration, and technical support. A more complete description of the LMS solution and services sought is provided in the “Bid Specifications” of the RFP.

In general, the FRCE is seeking an LMS that includes learner tools (communication, productivity, and student engagement) and support tools (administrative, course delivery, and curriculum design) that enable the delivery of online learning. This system will be shared by a collaboration of agencies to provide a central hub for public safety online learning. This shared site should allow for access to multiple organizational training courses while maintaining individuality among the group.
